You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.

Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice: Life and business coaching services, including information presented in the webinar, are for educational and informational purposes only. Coaching is not psychotherapy, clinical mental health counseling, medical treatment, or legal/financial advice.
No Guarantees: We provide guidance, framework, and support, but individual success depends entirely on your personal effort, execution, and external circumstances. We make no guarantees regarding financial earnings, business outcomes, or specific life improvements.
4. Payments, Billing, and Cancellations
Payment Processing: Payment for coaching sessions requires a valid credit card. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your chosen session or package.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice to reschedule a coaching session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without a refund.
Refund Policy: Due to the time-intensive nature of 1-on-1 and group coaching, fees paid for completed coaching sessions or digital downloads are strictly non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. Intellectual Property Rights All materials provided in the webinar, as well as coaching workbooks, frameworks, slide decks, and recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of 2Evolve Coaching & Consulting. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your individual development. You may not record, copy, resell, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2Evolve Coaching & Consulting and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the webinar, implementation of coaching advice, or inability to access services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the coaching services.
7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located within Davis County, Utah.
